Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk Any type of milk can be used.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Use a stable whipped topping.
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Regular or gluten-free can be used.
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree Ensure it’s pure pumpkin and not pie filling.
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice Adjust according to taste.
  • To taste gummy worms For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, whipped topping, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Seal the Oreo cookies in a Ziplock bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or your hands.
Assembly
  1. Start by adding a layer of chocolate pudding to the bottom of small cups or jars.
  2. Add a layer of the pumpkin mixture, followed by a layer of crushed Oreos. Repeat these layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a sprinkle of Oreo crumbs.
  3. Top off each dessert with a gummy worm for a playful touch.
  4. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

These dessert cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Experiment with different cookie types or add nuts for extra texture.
