Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, adding the vanilla extract after the eggs are well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden.
  2. Allow to cool in the pan before lifting out with the parchment paper. Slice into squares and enjoy.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for three months.
