  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until stiff peaks form.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Can be substituted with a healthier alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Sandwich
  • 1 package graham crackers Used to sandwich the strawberry cream.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Combining
  1. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
  2. Introduce the chopped strawberries into the mixture and fold carefully.
Assembly
  1. Spread a generous layer of the strawberry cream over one graham cracker.
  2. Top with another cracker to form a sandwich and repeat until all cream is used.
Freezing
  1. Place assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solidified.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, slice into smaller portions if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding crushed chocolate cookies for a chocolate twist, nuts for crunch, or experimenting with different fruits like bananas or blueberries. Avoid overwhipping the cream and ensure strawberries are well-drained to prevent a runny filling.
