Baking
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in their pans for about 10 minutes, then turn them out onto wire racks to cool completely.
- Before serving, dust the top with powdered sugar.
