Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once melted, stir in both granulated and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  6. Microwave the peanut butter for about 20-30 seconds until slightly melted.
Assembly
  1. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  2. Drizzle half of the peanut butter over the brownie layer.
  3. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and drizzle remaining peanut butter.
  4. Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before cutting.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
