- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the tahini, coconut sugar, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Once cool, cut into squares.

Serve warm with a scoop of almond or coconut milk ice cream, fresh berries, or a drizzle of honey for an elevated experience. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
