  • 1 cup tahini The star ingredient for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup Natural sweetener.
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs For binding and moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond flour Grain-free alternative.
Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips For sweetness and richness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, salt, and almond flour until well combined.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until there are no dry bits left. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the batter into the pan, and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the blondies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For better results, don't overmix the batter. Ensure ingredients are fresh for optimal flavor. Consider adding cinnamon or almond extract for extra taste.
