Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Standard size package
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for best texture
  • 1 package chocolate for dipping (dark, milk, or white chocolate) Choose based on preference

Method

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crushed or use a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball in the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle crushed Oreos or drizzle white chocolate on top.
  9. Chill the balls again in the fridge for an additional 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  10. Once the chocolate has hardened, enjoy your Oreo balls!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and keep Oreo balls chilled until serving. You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
