Preparation
- Press the graham cracker crust into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan or crush vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter, then press this mixture into the pan.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with whipped cream and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, then layer sliced bananas, strawberries, and crushed pineapple. Repeat with the remaining cream mixture.
Topping and chilling
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Add a final layer of whipped cream, garnishing with additional banana slices, chopped strawberries, and a few cherries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
