Ingredients
  

Berry Mixture
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Crisp Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss gently until the berries are coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until you achieve a crumbly mixture.
Assembly
  1. Spread the berry mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Evenly sprinkle the oat topping over the berries.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  2. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use seasonal ingredients. Consider adjusting sugar types for unique sweetness, and remember that you can use frozen berries if necessary.
