  • 1 tablespoon sweetener Such as stevia or honey
  • 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk Or any milk
  • 1 large egg white Or a flax egg for a vegan option
Optional Add-ins
  • chocolate chips, nuts, or nut butter For an extra decadent touch

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the egg white. Stir until combined and smooth.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or any other toppings.
Cooking
  1. Place your mug in the microwave and heat for about 60-90 seconds, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool for a minute before enjoying. Top with nut butter, yogurt, or fruits for added flavor.
