  1. Rinse the blueberries under cold water and slice the banana.
Blending
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the blueberries, yogurt, banana, and milk. If preferred, drizzle in honey or maple syrup.
  2. For a refreshing touch, toss in ice cubes.
  3. Blend everything on high speed until you achieve a creamy, uniform consistency.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk to reach your preferred texture.
  5. Give your smoothie a taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go cup if you're on the move.

Notes

Smoothies are best enjoyed immediately but can last up to 24 hours in the fridge. Give it a good shake before drinking as separation is natural. Incorporate protein powder or greens for added nutrition.
